Should I wash my hair before coming in for my appointment?

Absolutely not! We want you to experience our salon products. Our prices reflect this and we want you to fully take advantage of all the benefits of your service. Except for updos; you should come in with second-day-old hair. In the case of curly hair, flat iron the day before for a smoother look and finish

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If for any reason you need to reschedule, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot.

As to no-shows with no communication will be charged to 50% deposit on all future reservations. That deposit will be credited towards your future service. Deposits are forfeited if you fail to make your appointment.

Does your salon accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins if we have the availability, however, it is best to call and schedule your appointment in advance.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can stop into the salon anytime to purchase them.

Do you have a service guarantee policy?

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 5 business days and we will try our best to meet your expectations.

Are all of your stylists at the same price point?

No. It is based on each individual stylist’s demand of time. Also, our price levels are not based on skill set.
